Maintenance Technician III (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, improve, and renew large and small automation systems.
• Monitor and respond to daily maintenance needs to ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support continuous improvement, quality investigations, and long-term projects.
• Interact directly with internal customers in manufacturing to share learning experiences.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks thoroughly independently.
• Strong communication skills, able to relate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to train or provide expert advice to other technicians and operations staff.
• Experience following standard operating procedures, working safely in difficult-to-access areas, and adhering to safe work practices.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with working experience in vision system programming.
• Experience working in regulated environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Education and/or certifications related to maintenance and automation.
