Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, improve, and renew large and small automation systems.
- Monitor and respond to daily maintenance needs to ensure optimal equipment operation.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support continuous improvement, quality investigations, and long-term projects.
- Interact directly with internal customers in manufacturing to share learning experiences.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks thoroughly independently.
- Strong communication skills, able to relate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to train or provide expert advice to other technicians and operations staff.
- Experience following standard operating procedures, working safely in difficult-to-access areas, and adhering to safe work practices.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with working experience in vision system programming.
- Experience working in regulated environments is valued.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Education and/or certifications related to maintenance and automation.
