Responsibilities

• Move between service requests and make‑ready units.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Log work in Yardi and use Sparkle as an inspection tool.
• Maintain the 7‑day turn standard through organized daily planning.
• Monitor parts inventory and order supplies cost‑efficiently.
• Coordinate daily priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Communicate regularly with office staff and leasing to support resident satisfaction.
• Understand how fast, clean unit turnover contributes to overall property occupancy and performance.

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience (technician or make‑ready tech).
• Working foundation across plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Reliability.
• Own transportation.
• Punctuality.

Skills

• Comfort using technology as a daily work tool (Yardi, Sparkle).
• Strong communication habits with supervisors and residents.
