Maintenance Technician II
About the role
The Facilities & Maintenance team at Lifestyle Property Management (LPM) is seeking a skilled individual to enhance the resident and community experience in a values-driven manner that aligns with our purpose. This role involves managing facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities, leading a team of direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Completes resident work and service order requests or turns in a timely manner, delivering outstanding customer experiences to residents.
- Aids in the upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pools, and other common areas, ensuring they meet company quality standards.
- Cleans work area, utilizes company tools and equipment as directed, and adheres to all required safety standards.
- Participates in capital improvements and redevelopment of units, assists regional maintenance teams in executing site-wide initiatives.
- Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis and completes seasonal tasks like assisting with pool maintenance or snow removal during inclement weather.
- Ensures upkeep and curb appeal of the community through tasks such as maintaining cleanliness of pet waste stations and performing pet waste removal, trash removal, or compaction as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: HVAC certification
- PREFERRED: EPA 608, OSHA 10 certification
- 2+ years of previous residential apartment or facilities management experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven customer experience delivery, strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely at all times
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment, including golf carts and maintenance vehicles
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This role typically works Monday through Friday, with some weekend and evening hours required.
