About the role
This is a non-union position as a Maintenance Technician II (Measurement) in Lewisburg, Tennessee. You will actively maintain gas metering, regulating, and support systems, calibrate advanced meters, and troubleshoot RTUs and gas analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Test, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot meters, pressure regulators, control valves, relief valves, pneumatic control devices, RTUs, EGM systems, and gas analyzers.
- Perform routine maintenance on odorizers, determine and set injection rates, and report odorant usage and concentration in gas.
- Operate and maintain power supply systems and in-line heaters; install small diameter instrument piping and tubing to specification.
- Employ test and inspection devices to confirm and adjust instruments; uphold test equipment certifications following standard operating procedures.
- Complete reports accurately and completely, write gas handling procedures, and assist in planning work and contributing budget-related information as required.
- Carry out tasks following company policies and procedures, along with regulations from PHMSA and EPA.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education with two years of directly related training and experience.
- Associate degree in a relevant technical field, or comparable education and/or experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Must be able to perform physically challenging activities in all types of weather conditions.
- Must live within 30 miles of the designated reporting site.
- Must be able and willing to work extra hours, weekends, shifts, on-call and standby, and travel overnight as needed.

- Experienced in the operation and upkeep of gas metering and measurement facilities.
- Proficient in standard office software applications.
