Responsibilities
A Maintenance Technician II completes maintenance tasks in vacant apartments, resident apartments and common areas, including preventative repairs. A valid EPA certificate and driver's license is required.
The work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments under the immediate oversight of the Maintenance Supervisor and with overall direction of the Capital Maintenance Officer.
This is a full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm benefits-eligible position in Clearwater, FL.

The salary range for this position is $X - $Y per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
