About the role
Laguna Creek Apartments is a 160-unit garden style apartment community built in 2003, managed by American Property Management (APM).
Responsibilities
- Absorb and maintain units in rent-ready condition.
- Track and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain grounds, work and storage areas, and dumpster areas to ensure curb appeal.
- Paint and clean units as needed.
- Maintain and service equipment regularly to ensure safe operations.
- Be on-call for emergencies or snow removal.
- Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be well-versed in the unit turn process.
- Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory.
- Must provide your own basic hand tools.
- Must have experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers.
- Driver's license is required.
- Must have HVAC certification (only applies for properties servicing HVAC in CA / AZ).
- Must have CPO certification (only applies for properties with pool).

- Compensation: $25 to $28/hour.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25 to $28/hour. Offers are made based on a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
