Maintenance Technician II

About the role

The Maintenance Technician II position is responsible for performing a variety of skilled trades tasks to maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Operate and maintain various types of tools and equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
