About the role
ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in New Berlin, WI.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
- Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical devices
- Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specification
- Perform general maintenance operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years' related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience
- Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude
- A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required
Pay
$32-$33.48 an hour, based on experience.
Schedule
2nd Shift: 5:30am-1:30pm; Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed.
