- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents
- Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property
- Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- On-call during certain times of the month
Requirements
- 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience
- Customer service focused
