Compensation
Compensation: $21 to $24 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease renewal bonuses. This position is also paying a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus to be paid in 3 installments; $500 after 30 days of completed employment, $500 after 60 days of completed employment, and $500 after 90 days of completed employment.
Schedule
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do
- Property Care & Basic Maintenance
- Maintain property grounds and common areas.
- Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
- Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
- Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
- Maintain property grounds and common areas.
- Operational Support
- Affiliate with inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
- Maintain clean work and storage areas.
- Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
- Affiliate with inspections and preventative maintenance.

Experience
What We’re Looking For 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
High School Diploma or GED.
Skills
Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs.
Understanding chemical safety procedures.
Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems.
Other Requirements
Availability This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may require lifting to 50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field is required.
