Position Overview
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Tech I to work at Kahului Lani, a 165-unit affordable housing community in Kahului, HI. This is a LIHTC, RHRF, HMMF property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform necessary and minor repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units as they become vacant.
- May also assist in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas, Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 1+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance Experience.
- Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance.
- CADL, Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation.
