About the Role
A Maintenance Tech I repairs, maintains, installs, and troubleshoots industrial equipment and systems. The role involves using hand and power tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and ensuring the safe operation of machinery, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Responsibilities
- Test boiler and wastewater systems
- Perform safety checks on equipment
- Inspect and lubricate machinery
- Record utility data
- Adhere to safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout
Requirements
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with maintenance equipment
