Responsibilities
Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors while on-call 24/7 for emergency maintenance.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the Community Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Affordable housing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to cover 24/7 emergency on-call.
- Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.

- Reliable and committed to doing the right thing at all times.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
