Responsibilities

• Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., basic painting, basic repairs such as replacing lightbulbs, temperature readings on appliances/HVAC).
• Performs minor building repairs as assigned.
• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Participates in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development.
• Welcomes and greets guests, anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals while following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days (1st/2nd shift).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
