Maintenance Technician I

About the role

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community at our Forest Ridge location.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance
• Punctual, dependable, and a self-starter
• Team player
