About the role
The role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the facility operates efficiently. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for service.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
