General Responsibilities
- Aid in scheduling and prioritizing preventative and routine maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventative maintenance in various areas including stamping, tool room, assembly, and facilities.
- Handle emergency repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, drives, servo motors, HVAC, and PLC issues.
- Assist with the installation and relocation of equipment within the facility.
- Submit requests for machinery parts or components from external sources.
- Help maintain a database of machine parts by press size.
- Contribute to renovation projects as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- High mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret building floor plans, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Proficiency in using PCs, email, and ERP systems.
- Capacity to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Own basic tools; specialty tools are provided.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain hi-lo and man-lift licenses (training provided).
- Ability to work from heights.

- Knowledge of servo drive controls and motors.
- Understanding of electrical applications.

- Knowledge of manufacturing and metal stamping processes.
