Maintenance Technician I- 2nd & 3rd Shift

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Covered under safety policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report unusual situations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for part ordering and scheduling.
• Work safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Aged 18 or above.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with various team members.
• Attention to detail and legible record-keeping skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and possess creative problem-solving abilities.
• Welding and fabrication knowledge, full understanding of 3 Phase electrical, tree phase motor controls, troubleshooting AC & DC drives.

Job Location And Physical Requirements

• Maintaining a manufacturing environment with exposure to various machines, noise levels, and temperatures.
• Working in a team environment, requiring good communication and respect.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
• May require weekend and night shifts.

Starting Pay And Benefits

• Starting pay range: $31.85/hr - $40.00/hr.
• Shift differential available for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
• Eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.

• Benefits start after 90 days of employment.
