What You'll Do
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Completing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Supporting facility upkeep including plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general repairs
- Working with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment issues
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety standards
- Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures consistently and accurately
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
- Electrical skills in schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and control systems
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful
- Ability to work occasional overtime based on business need
Pay and Perks
- Pay: $25.00–$32.00/hour, based on experience + $0.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Work Schedule
- Available Shifts (Monday–Friday):
- 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
