We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes JOB SUMMARY and Essential Functions etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have job summary and essential functions (responsibilities). We have requirements (must be able to work assigned hours, driver's license, hand tools, etc). Education and experience (qualifications). Equipment used (maybe skills?). Physical demands (maybe not a standard heading). Salary description (pay). No benefits or schedule given. So we can have sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (requirements), Qualifications (education and experience), Skills (maybe equipment used? but could be part of qualifications). Pay (salary). We should not create Benefits or Schedule sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate (none). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to parse content. Job Summary: "The maintenance technician is responsible for completing general building maintenance repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on empty units." Essential Functions: list of duties: "Performs duties related to work orders and projects that include electrical, plumbing, drywall replacement and/or repair, painting, lock replacement, tile repairs, blind and window treatment and/or replacement, HVAC furnace and a/c repairs. Complete all maintenance requests issued in a timely manner Organized record keeping of appliance replacement, carpet and paints. Ensure vacant apartment are made ready per The Monroe Group Standards - scheduling vendors, flooring, painting, cleaning, replacing of appliance and general repairs. Work within budget limits established Maintain building inventory for cost effective operations Schedule and complete Preventive Maintenance Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors Responsible for 24-Hour emergency maintenance call outs; carry mobile phone/radio as required for on-call Maintenance Complete grounds work, which may include picking up trash, sweeping curbs, and maintain areas around the dumpster Monitor and maintain all building systems Assists with annual inspections with outside vendors on backflow pressure testing, elevators, fire panel and fire extinguisher testing. Follows all company emergency procedures. Ensure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines All other duties as assigned." We can break into bullet list. Requirements: list: "Must be able to work assigned hours as scheduled. Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to use hand tools Must be able to use maintenance equipment Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must own and provide necessary tools related to assigned duties. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have working knowledge of building maintenance to including: electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; plumbing, etc." Education and Experience: "High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of maintenance technician including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and appliance repair knowledge Experience in an affordable housing environment preferred Technical training and license preferred" Equipment Used: "Hand, power and specialty tools." Physical Demands and Work Environment: maybe not needed as a standard heading; but we could include under Responsibilities? Probably not needed. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could omit physical demands if not under standard headings. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. However we could incorporate it into a section like "Working Conditions" but that's not a allowed heading. The allowed headings are limited to those list. We could put it under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could we create a custom heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; but does it forbid other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are the allowed headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we should only use those headings if we have content. If we have content that doesn't fit those headings, maybe we should incorporate into existing sections or drop? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to fit physical demands somewhere. Could be under Responsibilities? Not really. Could be under Requirements? Not really. Could be under Skills? Not really. Could be under Qualifications? Not really. Could be under About the role? Could add a sentence about work environment. The job summary could be expanded to include work environment? But we must not invent. We could add a

under About the role that includes the job summary and also the physical demands? That would be mixing but still preserving. However the physical demands are separate; but we could include them as part of the role description. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we can include them in a paragraph under About the role, as long as we don't omit. That seems acceptable. Similarly equipment used could be under Skills or Qualifications. We'll put under Skills. Thus sections: About the role: includes job summary and physical demands and work environment (maybe also equipment used? but we will put equipment used under Skills). We'll keep equipment used under Skills. Responsibilities: essential functions bullet list. Requirements: bullet list of requirements. Qualifications: education and experience bullet list. Skills: equipment used bullet list (hand, power and specialty tools). Also maybe include effective verbal and written communication skills? That is already in requirements. Could also be under Skills but it's fine. Pay: salary description. We must not create Benefits or Schedule. Now format. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft.
