Maintenance Technician (FT/Day or Evening)

Delmar Gardens on the Green is a beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician.

About the role

The successful candidate will ensure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and drywall repair
• Maintain light electrical and plumbing systems
• Assist with fire and building inspections
• Conduct preventative maintenance duties
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Experience with painting, drywall repair, light electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

Schedule

• Full-Time Day shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Full-Time Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
