Maintenance Technician (FT/Day)

About the role

The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Responsibilities

• Assure cleanliness and maintenance of all common areas and resident units.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and painting.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

Requirements

• A commercial drivers license (CDL) Class C with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Day shift from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm; must be able to work weekend and holiday rotations.
