Maintenance Technician - Fairfield & Glenbrook

About the role

The Maintenance Technician position at Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units for new resident move-ins. This role requires regular travel between assigned properties.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly
• Handle after-hours emergencies as needed

Requirements

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, including personal smart phone technology
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: HVAC Certification, Proven 1 year of HVAC experience
• Compensation: $21 - $23 per hour, final agreed-upon compensation based on individual qualifications and experience
