Golden Years Homestead is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in facilities maintenance. Training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and basic maintenance tasks
- Aid with repairs, painting, floor care, and building upkeep
- Support groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor maintenance
- Help maintain supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trade experience is helpful but not required

Schedule
Monday-Friday days, with rotating on-call evenings and weekends.
Pay: $14.09$18.00/hour (based on experience)
