Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
- Completes the “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes.
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials.
- Completes documentation and paperwork.
- Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs.
Other Responsibilities
- Complies with safety and risk-management policies.
- Inspects work performed by contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
- Conducts routine and periodic property inspections.
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Licenses or Certifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.
Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions: Quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
