Maintenance Technician (East Village) - NO ON-CALL

Aeon · Minneapolis, MN · 1 mo ago
Management$26–$30/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we have Organization Background, Position Summary, Key Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Certifications/Licenses, Compensation, Hours & Location. According to rules: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to these headings. We should not repeat job title. We should not include metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include organization background? Possibly as a paragraph before sections? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can have sections like About the role (maybe organization background + position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe skills & qualifications + physical requirements + certifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Organization Background: description of Aeon. Could be part of "About the role" or separate? Probably "About the role" includes organization background and position summary. - Position Summary: description of role. - Key Responsibilities: list. - Skills & Qualifications: list. - Physical Requirements: list. - Certifications/Licenses: list. - Compensation, Hours & Location: includes pay range, benefits, schedule. Thus we can create sections:

About the role

with paragraphs combining Organization Background and Position Summary.

Responsibilities

with
  • for each bullet from Key Responsibilities.

    Requirements

maybe combine Skills & Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Certifications/Licenses. Could split into Skills, Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Certifications. But we prefer few substantive sections. Could have one Requirements section with sub-lists? But we must use
    • for any list. Could have multiple
inside. We need to avoid headings with filler. So we will include sections only if we have content. We also need Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if posting states them. It does: pay range $26-$30 per hour, benefits package described, schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. So we can have separate sections for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Or combine Pay and Benefits? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have three distinct pieces: pay, benefits, schedule. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one "Compensation & Benefits" but they gave examples of separate headings. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Pay and Benefits into one section "Compensation & Benefits". Schedule could be separate or combined with Compensation & Benefits? Might be okay to have separate Schedule section as it's substantive. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Compensation & Benefits, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, application instructions, etc. Now craft HTML. We'll need to preserve all substantive information: organization background text, position summary, responsibilities list (including sub-bullets), skills & qualifications list, physical requirements list, certifications/licenses list, compensation details (pay range, benefits list), schedule details. We need to ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's extract details. Organization Background: "Aeon is a nonprofit developer, owner, and manager of affordable communities in the Twin Cities.
