Full-time day shift – 12-hour shifts rotating 3 days one week and 4 days the next. $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in $500 increments after 3 months, 6 months, and one year.
About the role
We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our machines and facility running at full speed in a hands-on role with competitive pay and real benefits.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Responsible for food safety, food quality, and site safety
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
