Responsibilities

• Create happy residents through superior customer service and timely service requests.
• Maintain the property, handle service requests, manage apartment turns, and be available for emergency on-call.

Requirements

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs.
• Able to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more.
