Maintenance Technician - Carlyle

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective maintenance services
• Handle after-hours emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 1 year of HVAC experience

Compensation

*$20 - $23 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
