Maintenance Technician / Building Technician – Hilton DoubleTree

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, laundry equipment, and pool systems.
• Complete scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document tasks daily in Quore.
• Maintain the building exterior, walkways, landscaping, and overall hotel grounds.
• Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and secure.
• Aid guests and team members with professionalism and courtesy.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or emergencies immediately to management.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior building, mechanical, or hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 ft, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
