Maintenance Technician - Bear Valley

MG Properties is a trusted partner in the property management industry, with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States. We are a growing company seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Performing appliance repairs - Painting apartments - Conducting apartment turnovers - Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

- Experience with plumbing & electrical (hands-on training provided) - Customer service attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills - Ability to work evenings and weekends

Compensation and Benefits
