Maintenance Technician - B-Shift

Responsibilities

• Work on a fast-paced assembly line rotating through positions such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, or maintain industrial manufacturing machinery using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a maintenance organization.
• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding tasks as required.
• Conduct all work on premises and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dusty, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Welding certification preferred.

Skills

• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work at heights.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $31.36 per hour.
