Maintenance Technician - Avion

The work order queue fills up fast on a Monday morning in Bozeman. By 9 AM, you might be diagnosing a refrigerator that stopped cooling over the weekend, then pivoting to a plumbing call before lunch. That rhythm, steady and varied, is what a Maintenance Technician role at Olympus Property's Avion community actually looks like day to day.

What the Work Covers

• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform minor to moderate plumbing repairs.
• Replace and clean HVAC filters and coils.
• Install and replace electrical fixtures and switches.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Assist with grounds, common area, and pool facility maintenance.
• Track completed work through the property’s software system.

What You'll Bring and What You'll Build

• A minimum of two years of maintenance experience in a residential, apartment, or commercial setting.
• Hands-on knowledge across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• An EPA or HVAC certification is valued.
• Comfort with hand and power tools.
• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay runs between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour depending on experience and location.
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses are eligible.
