Major Responsibilities
- Ensure all building finishes are in top-notch condition.
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance promptly using asset management software (Limble).
- Recognize and report any issues or potential issues throughout the Yellowstone Club Property using the asset management software.
- Perform all tasks required for the maintenance and operation of a commercial building.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Technical training is preferred.
- Proficient use of general power and hand tools.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues.
- High standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate issues to management.
- Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Moderate construction projects including doors and hardware, trim, drywall, paint, etc.
- Remodel projects including framing, drywall, millwork, paint, etc.
- Woodworking in a millwork shop.
- Metal fabrication and welding.
- Support events team for unique special event projects.
- Comfortable working with electricity and adhering to lockout-tagout procedures.
- Experience with power tools including skill saws, nailers, sanders, paint sprayers, etc.
- Lighting maintenance.
