Maintenance Technician

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Kenitra Plant 1 in Morocco. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and availability of production equipment within the automotive wiring harness industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues
• Ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve machine performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bac+2 / Associate Degree (BTS, DUT, DTS, or equivalent) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive wiring harness industry (Assembly area)
