About the role
I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be based in our headquarters in [City, State]. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
Qualifications
