I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets

- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
