Maintenance Technician

What We Do

We fix, repair, replace, refurbish, and restore while we’re on the job. We also support you in every aspect of maintenance and provide you with the multimillion-dollar apartment community to maintain and preserve.

Requirements

• Skill in some level of maintenance (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, appliance repair and installation)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Thirst to learn and run your own team in the future
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
• Pride in work product and good communication skills
• Knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
