Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders using our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage Unit Turns by preparing units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies by responding to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain High Standards by keeping our communities in top shape and documenting your work properly.
• Stay Certified by maintaining any required certifications for the role.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
