Responsibilities
- Complete Work Orders using our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
- Manage Unit Turns by preparing units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
- Handle Emergencies by responding to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
- Maintain High Standards by keeping our communities in top shape and documenting your work properly.
- Stay Certified by maintaining any required certifications for the role.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
