Maintenance Technician

About the role

Responsible for installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment across multiple Waffle House locations in and around the assigned geographical area.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment
• Perform electrical work (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3-phase service)
• Handle plumbing tasks
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems (units up to 5 ton)
• Conduct roof repair and replacement
• Replace doors, blinds, tiles, and similar components

Requirements

• Basic plumbing skills
• Experience with building electrical wiring
• Proficiency with small power and hand tools
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification

• Detail-oriented
• Tolerant of high-stress environments
• Highly motivated
• Able to work independently while functioning within a team

Schedule

Typical work schedule is 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a rotating on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays.
