Job Responsibilities
- Installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- Electrical work including low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service
- Use of small power/hand tools
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) repair for units up to 5 tons
- Roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.
Requirements
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
- Use of small power/hand tools
- Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification
- EPA Universal Certification

Schedule
- Typical work schedule is 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
- Rotating schedule of on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays
