About the role
Maintenance Technician specializing in industrial maintenance within a growing linen services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance calls during production hours to ensure minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, pumps, conveyors, valves, and related components.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills in PLCs, inverter drives, and basic blueprint reading.
- Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
- Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of two years electrical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
- Attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to access all facility areas and equipment.
- Self-driven team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Position involves working first or mid-shift, with salary based on experience.
