About the role

PalletOne, Inc. is looking for a motivated entry-level Maintenance Technician who’s ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our equipment and facility running safely and efficiently while building valuable technical skills in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations by maintaining and repairing equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.
  • Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery using hand and power tools.
  • Aid with troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying solutions.
  • Follow OSHA and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Read and interpret basic machine schematics with limited guidance.
  • Organize parts, tools, and materials in designated locations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support overall plant success.
  • Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs independently.
  • Willingness to provide personal tools as required.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred

  • 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience using presses, drills, clamps, and other small tools.
  • Interest in learning precision measuring tools (to .001”), such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
