Job Summary
Maintains the facility by performing general repairs, adhering to health and safety practices, and assisting with upkeep.
Minimum Requirements
- Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance
- Willingness to use computer and mechanical equipment
- Teamwork and reliability
- Effective communication, preferably bilingual
- Aged 18 or older
- On time and ready to work each day
Education
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Specialized skills may lead to faster advancement.
Classification and Advancement
- Level 1: Basic understanding of maintenance on various systems
- Level 2: Completes projects independently and seeks help when needed
- Level 3: Masters specific machinery and solves complex problems
- Department Lead: Combines all abilities with leadership skills
