What you’ll do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Use technical diagrams and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues independently
- Work closely with production teams and external contractors to minimize downtime
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure strict adherence to HACCP standards
- Optimize facility performance through precision and ownership
Who we’re looking for
- Skilled, self-motivated Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in pumps, hydraulics, and PLC systems
- The ability to interpret complex technical documents and diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions independently
- A self-starter mindset with the organizational skills to manage maintenance tasks independently
- A disciplined commitment to safety protocols and HACCP procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with production staff, engineers, and service technicians
