Maintenance Technician
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will take personal accountability for the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the optimal running of production. Acting with purpose and care, you will perform scheduled inspections on complex machinery—including grinding, mixing, and bag filling equipment—while taking the initiative to troubleshoot malfunctions and propose solutions for potential flaws. You will collaborate with intent by signaling process deviations, ordering necessary spare parts, and supporting diverse facilities such as R&D labs and utilities. By delivering results that matter, you will maintain a clean and safe work area in strict compliance with all quality and safety regulations, contributing directly to our mission of "Feeding the Future."
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a performance-driven individual who takes personal accountability and shows a strong sense of urgency in their work. You should possess a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical installations—such as grinding, mixing, and bag filling machinery—while maintaining a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Beyond technical skills, we value exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to working for the success of the team within a quality-centric culture. Above all, you must be a proactive problem-solver who can prioritize tasks, signal potential flaws to leadership, and strictly follow safety and quality regulations to ensure the optimal running of production.
Technical Background
A High School Diploma combined with 1–3 years of professional maintenance experience
Specialized Expertise
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, including machinery like mixers, grinders, and bag fillers
- Experience with pneumatic conveying (positive displacement blower or vacuum), auger conveying, rotary valves, pneumatics, dust collection, and control wiring
Safety and Compliance
- A strong commitment to following mandatory work instructions and safety regulations
- Ensuring the work area remains clean and hazard-free
Team-Oriented Competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working for the success of the team and promoting awareness of unsafe situations
Operational Accountability
- A valid driver’s license
