About the role
The Wooten Company, LLC seeks maintenance oriented individuals to work in various managed apartments in the Springfield Area. Positions are available at all experience levels.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning grounds to maintain a high curb appeal
- Servicing apartments to address current tenant issues
- Turning vacant units to prepare for new tenants
- Performing basic pool cleaning and servicing
- Conducting light HVAC diagnostics
