Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of advanced handyman, commercial facility upkeep, or residential property maintenance experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting, and drywall.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to work independently, accurately diagnose mechanical or structural issues, and determine whether a repair can be handled in-house or requires an outside specialist.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining professional, friendly, and transparent communication with community management and residents.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Licensing: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and driving record in compliance with Company policy.
- Relevant trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, CPO/Pool Operator, or electrical certificates) are a major advantage but not required.

Schedule & Travel
7:00 am – 3:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch (exact schedule is negotiable)
May be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
