About the role
We are hiring full-time Maintenance Technicians to join our employee-owned property management team in Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with resident work orders and apartment turnovers
- Performing light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Repairing appliances and assisting with grounds and landscaping tasks
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Salt and snow removal duties and rotating on-call shifts
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior residential maintenance experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle
- Working cell phone and excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
