About the role
This position provides general maintenance labor for the repair and upkeep of Spang Engineered Solutions' two facilities in the West Valley.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the building and grounds, keep them clean
- Perform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- Set up and repair equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Move furniture
- Receive deliveries
- Cookordination permits, inspections, fire drills, and oversee third-party vendors
- Manage scrap recycling, hazardous waste
- Maintain equipment manuals
- Lead safety inspections
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in general maintenance
- A valid driver's license
